What we do
We provide a blend of design thinking expertise and Indigenous cultural heritage knowledge.
Industry, consultancy and research partnerships: We partner with architecture, landscape architecture and other built environment firms to build the skills of staff and assist with strategic operational planning focused on supporting First Nations peoples and perspectives through long-term partnership projects. We analyse practice methodologies and offer support and suggestions on how practices can make transformative changes to their daily operations.
Public outreach and advocacy: We host and participate in public conversations on issues and topics that explore First Peoples’ perspectives and knowledges within the built environment. We also write, publish and engage with a range of media.
Design projects: We work with design practitioners on specific design projects to facilitate complex stakeholder relationships through an innovative Indigenous-led relational model. As a team of Indigenous knowledge holders and spatial design thinkers we have the advantage of combining our blended knowledges to ensure design projects can respectfully engage with and support the voices and aspirations of First Peoples.
Community-led projects: We work with First Peoples communities to explore ways to advance their projects that address their community needs and expectations.
